2025 Kawasaki Versys 650 Launched: Equipped with Traction Control, Dual-Channel ABS, and Advanced Safety Features, Priced at ₹7.93 Lakh

Kawasaki India has launched the 2025 model of its popular sports tourer motorcycle, the Versys 650, in the Indian market. The new model comes equipped with advanced features such as traction control, dual-channel ABS, multiple riding modes, all-LED lighting, and an adjustable windscreen.

Traction control is a safety system that helps prevent wheel spin during acceleration by reducing engine power or applying brakes to the slipping wheel. Dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) helps avoid wheel lock-up during sudden or hard braking, ensuring improved control and stability.

Designed for both highways and rough terrains, the Versys 650 is built to handle long-distance touring and uneven road conditions. It competes directly with models like the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 and the Honda XL750 Transalp.

The ex-showroom price of the 2025 Versys 650 is set at ₹7.93 lakh, which is ₹16,000 higher than the current model priced at ₹7.77 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can visit authorized Kawasaki dealerships to book the new model.

Additionally, Kawasaki is offering a discount of ₹20,000 on the 2024 model, reducing its ex-showroom price to ₹7.57 lakh. This offer is valid until 31st May 2025, making the 2024 model ₹36,000 more affordable than the 2025 version.
