Beijing, April 19 – The OnePlus 13T is set to make its debut in China on April 24th, marking the return of the company’s “T” series after the OnePlus 10T. Ahead of the official unveiling, OnePlus has confirmed key camera specifications for the upcoming flagship, positioning the device as a compact yet powerful option for smartphone photography enthusiasts.
Camera Capabilities Unveiled
According to an official post on Weibo, the OnePlus 13T will be equipped with a 50MP Sony primary sensor, potentially the same flagship sensor used in the upcoming OnePlus 13. In addition, the device will feature a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and up to 4x lossless zoom. OnePlus noted that the camera system will share the same image processing algorithms found in OPPO’s premium devices, hinting at improved imaging performance.
The company also shared a few camera samples showcasing the 13T’s capabilities. Moreover, OnePlus has confirmed a new 3-second live photo mode, aimed at enhancing motion capture in still photography.
In a separate teaser, OnePlus hinted at the integration of the Snapdragon 8 Elite ISP, further suggesting that the handset may be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a top-tier SoC expected to offer flagship performance.
