New Delhi, [Date] – Nothing CEO Carl Pei has officially confirmed that the much-anticipated Nothing Phone (3) will launch in Q3 2025, within the July–September timeframe. The announcement was made during an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on the social media platform X, giving fans and tech enthusiasts a clearer idea of when to expect the company’s next flagship smartphone.

Launch Timeline and Expectations

The Nothing Phone (3) will succeed last year’s Nothing Phone (2), which debuted on July 11th, 2023. Given this pattern, it is likely that the third-generation device could be unveiled around the same period this year. So far in 2025, Nothing has introduced two smartphones — the Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro — and is also gearing up to launch the CMF Phone 2 Pro on April 28th.

What We Know So Far

While detailed hardware specifications have not yet been revealed, previous leaks and comments from Carl Pei suggest that the Phone (3) will bring breakthrough innovations in user interface design. The device is expected to mark Nothing’s entry into the AI-powered smartphone space, building on the introduction of Essential Space, an AI hub first seen in the Phone (3a) series. Pei also confirmed that Essential Space will soon feature deeper integration with calendar and other system apps.

Potential Specifications

The Nothing Phone (3) is speculated to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset or the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, placing it firmly in flagship territory. Carl Pei shared that developing a smartphone from concept to production typically takes 9 to 18 months, depending on the complexity and uniqueness of the product.

The Nothing Phone (2) launched in India at ₹44,999, and the Phone (3) is expected to be priced similarly, offering flagship features at a competitive price point.
