2025 BMW C400 GT Maxi-Scooter Launched at ₹11.50 Lakh: Features Cornering ABS, Traction Control, and a Claimed Top Speed of 129 km/h

BMW Motorrad India has introduced the 2025 model of its premium maxi-scooter, the C400 GT, in the Indian market. The company claims that this scooter can reach a top speed of 129 km/h. It is priced at ₹11.50 lakh (ex-showroom), which is ₹25,000 higher than the previous model.

Interestingly, this premium scooter costs nearly the same as Maruti Suzuki’s Grand Vitara, a premium SUV. For safety, the scooter is equipped with advanced features such as cornering ABS, traction control, and engine drag torque control.

The 2025 C400 GT will be imported and sold in India as a completely built unit (CBU). Bookings for the scooter have already begun. While it has no direct rivals in India, the BMW CE 04 electric scooter serves as a more premium and environmentally friendly alternative.

Design: V-Shaped LED Headlight with Integrated DRL

The overall design of the BMW C400 GT remains similar to the previous model but comes with subtle cosmetic updates. It features a V-shaped LED headlight with an integrated LED DRL, updated graphics, and an adjustable windscreen.

The scooter has a split-seat setup, with a seat height of 765mm, which is 10mm lower than before. Additionally, it now offers an adjustable long visor. The C400 GT is available in two new color optionsBlackstorm Metallic and Diamond White Metallic.
