Mrunal Thakur joins after completing her look test

Mumbai: Mrunal Thakur has reportedly been finalized to star opposite Allu Arjun in director Atlee’s upcoming action film. Earlier, discussions were held with Deepika Padukone and Janhvi Kapoor for the female lead, but Mrunal has now been chosen.

Recently, Mrunal underwent a look test for the film at a studio in Mumbai. Just last week, Allu Arjun also traveled to Mumbai to give his look test, with photos of him at a Bandra studio going viral on social media.

In this high-octane action entertainer, Allu Arjun will be seen playing a double role for the first time in his career. The film’s pre-production work is already underway, and Allu Arjun and Atlee are planning to begin shooting around August or September.
