Following the flop of Sikandar, the Bull project has been put on hold for an extended period.
Mumbai: Salman Khan’s film Bull, set to portray India’s operations in the Maldives, has now been postponed indefinitely. Salman insisted on launching his personal security guard, Shera’s son, Abir, as the lead actor in the film. However, producer Karan Johar firmly rejected this proposal. The film was expected to mark a long-awaited collaboration between Salman and Karan, but now the future of the project is uncertain.
The storyline of the film revolves around a senior paramilitary officer and a junior officer. Salman was slated to play the role of the senior officer, while Karan Johar had suggested names like Siddharth Malhotra for the role of the junior officer. However, Salman insisted on launching Shera’s son, Abir, in a significant role. Karan Johar argued that launching Abir in such a crucial project would be too risky, but Salman was adamant.
Now, with the failure of Salman Khan’s Sikandar, the chances of him collaborating with Karan Johar on Bull have significantly diminished.
