Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line Bookings Open: Premium SUV Launching on April 14 with a 2.0-Liter Turbo Petrol Engine and Level-2 Advanced Driving Assistance System

Volkswagen India is set to launch the sporty R-Line version of its full-size SUV, the Tiguan, on April 14. The German automaker has already begun accepting bookings, along with revealing details about the SUV’s engine and color options.

The Tiguan R-Line will feature a 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine and will be available in six color options:

Grenadilla Black Metallic

For safety, the SUV will come equipped with a Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). It is expected to be priced around ₹55 lakh and will compete with the Jeep Compass and Hyundai Tucson. The Tiguan R-Line will be imported as a Completely Built Unit (CBU).
