A new leak has shed light on the Essential Key, which will be positioned on the right edge of the Nothing Phone (3a) series. This button is expected to integrate deeply with Nothing AI and provide quick access to Essential Space.

As per reports from Smartprix, Essential Space will differ from conventional AI suites by acting as a secondary digital memory to store voice notes, social media saves, screenshots, and other content.

Here’s how the Essential Key is rumored to function:

Single Press: Captures and sends content directly to Essential Space.
Long Press: Creates and saves a voice note.
Double Tap: Instantly takes you to saved content within Essential Space.

Additional AI Features in Essential Space

The Essential Space will reportedly introduce various AI-powered tools, including:

Camera Capture: Pressing the Essential Key while using the camera will save the photo directly to Essential Space.
Focused Search: AI-powered search to quickly find stored content.
Flip to Record: A gesture-based feature for recording voice notes.
Smart Collections: AI-driven categorization of images, audio, and text to eliminate manual organization.

The report also suggests that Essential Space is still in development, with a more advanced version potentially launching later this year alongside the Nothing Phone (3) flagship.
