Poonam Pandey Takes a Holy Dip
On Wednesday, Poonam Pandey arrived at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, to participate in the Mahakumbh and take a sacred dip. To reach the Sangam shore, she used a scooter but was stuck in traffic for a long time. Eventually, she reached the Sangam and performed the Amrit Snan in the Ganga River on the auspicious day of Mauni Amavasya.

Poonam shared photos and videos on social media. In her Instagram stories, she appeared in a black kurta with “Mahakal” written on it, seen praying with folded hands. After posting the pictures, she wrote, “All my sins are washed away.”

Poonam on the Stampede Incident
Commenting on the stampede incident early Wednesday morning, Poonam expressed that it was “very unfortunate.” She added, “Even if strength diminishes, faith should never waver. Om Namah Shivay.”

Bollywood actor Milind Soman also took a dip at Mahakumbh. Sharing his pictures from the event, he wrote a heartfelt note in the caption. Reflecting on his experience, he mentioned feeling blessed to be at Mahakumbh on the special day of Mauni Amavasya. “It’s a deeply spiritual place where every moment feels special. My heart is filled, but I am saddened by yesterday’s incidents. My prayers are with the families who lost their loved ones. Har Har Gange! Sarvatra Shiva!”
