BJP Supporter’s Humorous Act at BJP HQ Targets Arvind Kejriwal’s Development Record

BJP Supporter Dressed as Arvind Kejriwal Mocks AAP’s Development Claims at BJP HQ

A BJP supporter, dressed in attire resembling Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, stole the limelight outside the BJP headquarters in Delhi, mocking the AAP leader’s frequent claims of development and achievements. The supporter humorously listed a series of scandals that have plagued the AAP government, sarcastically presenting them as Kejriwal’s “development work.”

The supporter made a mock statement in front of the BJP office, saying, “I have done a lot of development work in my tenure—like the liquor scam, DTC scam, Yamuna scam, and Sheesh Mahal scam,” referencing major controversies that have marred Kejriwal’s administration in Delhi. The supporter continued the satire by adding, “PM Modi is cleaning the Yamuna River, but I would have done a better job.”

In a further mock display of Kejriwal’s political ambitions, the supporter said, “I’m now going to Punjab to turn it into London,” making a tongue-in-cheek reference to Kejriwal’s promises of transforming states under the AAP’s leadership, which have often sparked criticism for a lack of tangible results.

The BJP supporter’s performance was clearly intended to poke fun at the AAP’s track record, with particular focus on the corruption scandals that have dogged Kejriwal and his government. These include the alleged liquor scam, the mismanagement of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), the controversial Yamuna river cleaning project, and the Sheesh Mahal scandal involving the construction of a luxurious bungalow for Kejriwal.

The incident quickly garnered attention on social media, with people sharing the amusing performance as a jab at Kejriwal’s claims of development. It appears the BJP is keen to make the most of these controversies to weaken AAP’s position ahead of upcoming elections.

While the supporter’s antics were lighthearted, they served as a pointed political statement, underscoring the rivalry between the BJP and AAP as both parties gear up for the upcoming electoral battles in Delhi and beyond.
