A complaint has been filed by the CID Crime against well-known Surat-based builders Manhar Kakadia, Naresh Shah, Vidyarthi Loknath Gambhir, and Prakash Aswani. The complaint relates to a land dispute on Dumus Road, near Surat Airport, where the builders are accused of using fraudulent documents for the acquisition of land in a “Silent Zone” area.

The land in question spans around 5 lakh square feet, and the complaint alleges that fake property cards were created to illegally seize control of the land. The builders reportedly set up a company named Samruddhi Corporation to purchase the land.

Despite these builders holding significant political influence, the CID Crime in Gandhinagar has now formally filed the complaint, marking the latest development in a case that has been mired in legal disputes for several years. The investigation continues as authorities look into the allegations of falsified documents and illegal land dealings.
