The last date to apply for the PM Internship Scheme 2025 has been extended to March 31, 2025. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official website: pminternship.mca.gov.in. Previously, the deadline was March 12, 2025.
No Application Fee for PM Internship Scheme 2025
There is no application fee for this internship, making it completely free for all eligible students. The program offers a 12-month internship in India’s leading companies. The Government of India will provide a monthly stipend of ₹4,500, while the industry will contribute an additional ₹500, totaling ₹5,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

- Family Income: Annual family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed SSC and HSC (or equivalent exams).
- Each candidate will receive two internship offers, but once an offer is accepted, they must confirm or decline it within the given timeframe.

The application process for the second phase began in February 2025. Now, candidates have until March 31, 2025, to apply. Under this phase, 1 lakh candidates will have the opportunity to intern at 500 top companies across India.
